Minors 14-17

Riders under the age of 14 are not permitted to ride at South Fork MX.  Any rider age 14-17 needs to complete the Annual Acknowledgement of Inherent Risk form.  This document is an Acknowledgement of Inherit Risks.  It is not a waiver, release of liability, or agreement to give up any legal rights.  Its purpose is to clearly inform the riders and parents of the inherent dangers associated with motocross riding and to confirm that those risks are understood prior to participation.  All 14-17 year olds are required to have a parent, legal guardian, or Adult with Delegation of Parental Authority onsite.  This form is also shown below for downloading and printing.  Note, we need inked copies of both so there will be no faxing, emailing, texting, or phone calls.  If your minor shows up without proper documentation, he/she will be turned away.  The forms can be notarized.
