Minor Waiver

All minor riders must be accompanied onsite by a parent, legal guardian, or properly delegated adult for the duration of their visit.

If a parent or legal guardian is not present, a Temporary Delegation of Parental Authority & Medical Authorization is required. This form must be notarized or completed in advance with Facility management.

The accompanying adult must remain on the property at all times while the minor is riding.
