NEW AMA ANNUAL RELEASE FORM
Effective Immediately the AMA is requiring Minors to have signatures from both parents or guardians prior to practicing or racing at each AMA Sanctioned Event. South Fork and VMP are cooperating with this new requirement and is urging all riders, parents and guardians to fill our the Annual Minor Release Form. Once completed, you will receive an Annual Release Verification Card from the AMA and you will not have to fill out the required Minor Release Form every time you attend an AMA Sanctioned Event. We also encourage you to fill out the same for any Adult racers. Without this release, your son or daugher may not be able to race. For your convenience, we have provided the Adult and Minor Release Forms below. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PRINT THESE FORMS IN COLOR OR THEY WILL BE REJECTED BY THE AMA.
